After thorough preparation of all surfaces, Dulux Professional Interior was applied to all internal walls for a hard-wearing finish, while Dulux Aquanamel Semi Gloss was used on all trims. Our expert team overcame difficult access above the escalator to ensure all the interior paintwork was executed with precision. The exterior was painted with Dulux Weathershield Exterior for a durable and long-lasting finish, while the timber panelling was given superior weather protection with Intergrain UltraClear Exterior. Dulux Metalshield Epoxy Enamel was also applied to the steel structures to protect against rust and corrosion.

Due to retailers continuing to operate throughout the shopping precinct, the entire project was completed out of hours. Ensuring a perfect finish throughout the exterior surfaces when painting at night presented some challenges with drying times and limited lighting. However, the entire project was successfully completed over six weeks and executed to a high standard throughout.
