Signature Painters were contracted by FKG Group to paint the brand-new Fisher & Paykel warehouse built at the Port of Brisbane. Signature Painters completed all internal and external painting of the vast 19,450m2 warehouse and 500m2 office space within a tight turnaround of 6 weeks, while working alongside numerous other trades.
After thorough preparation, a striking combination of black and white paintwork was selected for the exterior of the warehouse using Dulux Weathershield for a durable and long-lasting finish. All internal surfaces were also carefully prepared and then painted with high-quality Dulux paints to ensure a smooth and hard-wearing finish throughout.
In addition, epoxy floors were added to the testing station and wash bays. This was challenging to do in 100% solid epoxy given the size of the floor space, plus applying line markings and a non-slip coating in the wash bays. Our team successfully executed all elements of the project to a high standard.
