One the Esplanade is a new 8-storey development with spectacular ocean views designed by renowned architect Frank Raadschelders.

Signature Painters completed the interior and exterior painting of the property’s 19 luxury apartments, penthouse, gym, pool and BBQ area, achieving a beautiful finish which complements the building’s high-end design.

The project’s exterior involved a number of challenges – access issues due to the building’s angular design and high sloping roof canopies, contrasting shade slats, inconsistent render, and scaffolding positioned very close to the building. Using the best techniques, equipment and products, our painters took all these challenges in their stride, achieving a high-quality, even and durable finish building-wide.

For the interiors, our painting work included ceilings, walls, skirtings, doors and frames, stairs and render. Using fine sanding techniques and multiple topcoats, our crew produced a very high end finish with good body and sheen levels to all substrates. A high-level of technical skill and attention-to-detail was needed to cut in around custom cabinetry and timber work, ensuring that the wall finish reduced reflected glare from the water.

The end result was a beautiful, clean, even finish throughout which enhances the property’s architecture and waterfront location. Signature Painters was proud to work with RCQ Constructions on this project.
