The Promenade, Camp Hill

Residential

This modern Camp Hill Queenslander was in need of an exterior update. Its wear and tear, ingrained dirt and drab colours were making it look tired and dated. It was clearly time for a refresh.

Signature Painters completed all the exterior painting of this Queenslander. Our painting works included fascia, gutters, downpipes, gables, soffits, FC Weatherboards, windows & window sills, balustrade & post, staircase, window shades, stained doors, garage door and a refresh of the decking (with Intergrain).

We sanded all FC weatherboards back to remove old brush marks which were prominent on all the weatherboards. After further preparation, we sprayed the weatherboards with a fine finish spray gun, using a technique that gives an even body of microns with a high level of sheen. This beautiful sheen is consistent throughout the job, as you can see in the photos.

The timberwork was thoroughly filled, sanded, undercoated, patched and primed, before painting to a smooth, glowing finish.  A crisp, classic neutral 2024 colour scheme completed this Queenslander’s transformation.

We are proud to say this Camp Hill Queenslander looks amazing, and should stay that way for years! Only the best Queenslander specialist painters can achieve such a high standard of finish on these classic weatherboard homes.  Contact us if you’d like a quote.

Services We Used

“I can’t praise John and his team at Signature Painters enough – from the initial quote experience where John was professional, gave great advice and his quote was competitive thorough to the booking experience via the office team to Joel who did a marvelous job painting the exterior house. At all stages of the process we felt included, informed and looked after. The communication was a stand out and the finished job is excellent.”
