Signature Painters were contracted by Midson to complete all paintwork for the new San Damiano College in Yarrabilba. The project was completed in 3 months, in time for the school’s grand opening to Year 7 students in January 2021.

The architecturally-designed buildings include high raked ceilings with large, high timber soffits, which made access more challenging for our team. Signature Painters delivered a smooth, modern and long-lasting finish on a range of painted and timber surfaces.

For the exterior, our painters applied three coats of Intergrain DWD to the timberworks, and Dulux Weathershield to the concrete, cladding and soffits. For the interiors, a combination of Dulux Professional Interior and Dulux Wash&Wear was used, with Dulux Aquanamel applied to all doors and trims. Intergrain Enviropro highlighted the interior feature timber, while Dulux Professional DryEase was used to create writeable walls.
