Signature Painters were commissioned by the owners to refresh this beautiful circa 1900 Spring Hill home, inside and out. The owners chose to keep the all-white colour scheme and traditional features, but a contemporary black front door and black trim was incorporated to give the home a more striking and modern look.

From top to bottom, every part of this home was firstly thoroughly prepared with a high attention to detail by our team. For the interior, two coats of Dulux Wash and Wear were then carefully applied to the walls and VJ walls, while two coats of Dulux Aqua Enamel were applied to the interior woodwork.

The entire exterior was thoroughly cleaned and prepared, including the removal of loose paint and debris, priming, filling and sealing. Two coats of Dulux Weathershield Exterior were then applied to give the home an immaculate and long-lasting finish. Particular care was taken with the intricate features of the home.
