Alpha Apartments is a new, luxurious and architecturally designed development built by Hutchinson Builders in the heart of Maroochydore. It comprises 14 three bedroom luxury residences across six levels, along with 1000 square metres of office space. With a focus on delivering penthouse style living, the highest quality fittings and finishes were needed from top to bottom, inside and out, this high-end development.

Signature Painters were selected as a finalist in the Master Painters Queensland’s Awards for Excellence 2020 for our high standard of work throughout this property. We completed the internal painting in all 14 apartments and the common areas, including ceilings, walls, doors and skirting boards. We used a range of premium products and our expert team of painters were meticulous with all finishes throughout to match the quality of the rest of the building. We also sealed the exterior concrete tilt panel walls with a Parchem resin sealer, patched and textured the concrete soffits, and painted the downpipes, giving the building an elegant and prestigious exterior finish.

Access to the exterior of the development was obtained using a combination of booms, scissor lifts and scaffolding. Our team successfully worked alongside a vast number of other trades and were flexible to numerous schedule changes. The entire project was completed over a span of 15 months.
