Signature Painters gave this Queenslander cottage in Annerley a complete makeover, transforming it from tired and rundown to well-presented and modern, with a warm neutral colour scheme that complemented the home’s red roof.

Tackling paintwork that was in very poor condition, the Signature crew restored and painted every inch of the cottage’s exterior. From fascias, gutters, downpipes, gables and soffits  – to weatherboards, windows, balustrades and doors – no surface was left untouched.

The first step in this home’s transformation was to safely remove peeling lead paint from the weatherboards, providing the foundation needed to make them look like new again.  Our residential crew stripped the weatherboards back to bare while wet so there was no dust or contaminants.  They then skimmed and sanded imperfections and applied undercoat to all surfaces, with more patching and spot priming of imperfections where needed.

Signature’s meticulous preparation was followed by expert painting with Dulux Weathershield Low Sheen and Dulux Acrylic Enamel.  As you can see, our team produced a beautiful, flawless finish that’s durable and will look great for years too!
