Signature Painters was a Finalist in the 2022 Master Painters Award for Excellence for our interior and exterior painting of this new, award-winning, 5-star development.  Consisting of 22 apartments over two buildings, these luxury residences feature customised cabinetry and glass slider doors, high ceilings, and high-end fixtures and finishes.

Our interior painting work included ceilings, walls, skirtings, doors and frames, stairs and concrete block work. Our crew painted all interior walls and ceilings to an exceptional Class 5 finish using specialist Level 5 paints and techniques, including fine sanding and multiple topcoats. A high-level of technical skill and attention-to-detail was needed to cut in around custom cabinetry and fittings and achieve a beautiful finish free of imperfections.

For the interiors, Dulux Fast Finish, Dulux Professional Interior and Dulux Super Hide Wash & Wear was used, with Dulux Aquanamel applied to all doors and trims. For the exterior, we painted Render, Soffits & Downpipes to a clean and hard-wearing finish using specialist paints in contrasting colours for various substrates, including Dulux AcraTex for the exterior render.
