Reflection Cove is a stylish architecturally-designed, 8-storey apartment complex in Emporio Place Maroochydore. Featuring high-end fixtures and materials, premium paintwork was essential for this development. Signature Painters completed the interior and exterior painting of the property’s 94 luxury apartments, gym, pool & BBQ area. 

Our exterior works included painting all render and half-circle feature walls, textured balcony soffits, and VJ timber-look soffits (Cement Fibro sheeting stained with Intergrain for a natural timber look). Our team efficiently worked around other trades and the building’s access challenges –  its height, angular design, steeply sloping roof canopies, and contrasting colours – to deliver an exceptional result.

The exterior half-circle feature walls required truly expert painters to get the shape, size and angle correct while cutting in on a textured surface. The clean sharp lines achieved show incredible skill.  

For the apartment interiors, our painting work included ceilings, walls, skirtings, doors and frames, and 2x feature VJ walls in each apartment. Using fine sanding techniques and multiple topcoats, our crew succeeded in getting a very high-end finish. We achieved good body and sheen levels to all substrates. A high-level of technical skill and attention-to-detail was also needed to cut in around custom cabinetry, windows, timber work and flooring. 

The end result was a beautiful, even finish that looks clean, minimal and enhances the apartment’s design.
