The Beerwah Social Housing Complex provides 70 new affordable apartments delivered through a partnership between the Queensland Government and BlueCHP, a not-for-profit community housing provider of social and specialist disability accommodation.

Signature Painters completed all interior and exterior painting for the complex’s 70 units. This project demonstrates how quality workmanship can create desirable places for people to live that are also highly affordable.

• Clean execution of contrasting colours around windows, trims, junctions, and façade elements
• High-quality preparation and application to ensure durability and reduce maintenance requirements over time.
• Seamless internal wall surfaces, immaculate edges, smooth coatings, and consistent sheen. 
• Achieving a refined result in a minimalist interior. This required exceptional preparation, attention to detail, and application techniques to ensure a flawless appearance under modern lighting conditions. 

Once the housing’s landscaping is finished, these apartments will feel valued, safe, and welcoming rather than temporary or institutional. We are proud that our well-executed finishes contributed to this result.
