Accommodating over 600 students, Ripley Central State School includes an administration building, prep and junior learning spaces, resource centre, multi-purpose hall, canteen and amenities. Signature Painters was contracted by Hutchinson Builders to complete all interior and exterior paintwork for the school’s major Blocks AA & HA.

Our interior work included painting a wide range of specified surfaces such as plasterboard and concrete walls, doors and frames, skirtings, perforated ceilings, CFC Express Joint walls and columns. Outside we painted rendered blockwork, walls, ceilings and downpipes.

With different colours for each area and several contrasting colours, a large amount of cutting in was required. Our team executed the warm, contrasting colour scheme with crisp cutting-in and consistent application.

 Some areas were very high and difficult to access requiring work on Elevated Work Platforms, as well as working around other trades as the site was being built. Our painters managed these challenges smoothly without compromising on quality and  achieved a flawless and hard wearing finish throughout.

The school looks modern and welcoming, and we expect it will look great for years!
