Signature Painters completed the interior and exterior painting of eight main buildings, A-J, for this large, new school in Augustine Heights.

The school specified a contrasting scheme of yellow, charcoal, grey, white and aqua. In addition to multiple colours, we painted a variety of substrates, such as wall cladding, timber, concrete, render, steelwork and brick veneer. The Signature team expertly applied durable, premium-quality paints and speciality products best suited to each area and surface, including anti-graffiti finishes as specified. 

Our exterior work included rendered walls, CFC panels, soffits, downpipes, retaining walls, concrete columns, walkways and canopies. Inside we worked around protected carpeted areas to paint walls, ceilings and bulkheads, window frames and doors in various contrasting colours. 

This project involved an extensive amount of cutting-in, sometimes at height and on panelling, requiring technical skill and precision to complete to a high standard. As the photos show, the cut-in colours and surfaces look clean, crisp and smooth, and are key to giving this school an attractive, modern look.
