Signature Painters were contracted to complete all paintwork inside and out for the 13-17 Todds Road Apartments, located in Lawnton in Brisbane’s north.

Built by Kane Constructions, this project included 27 social housing apartments across two buildings. The apartments were architecturally designed to offer urban style living. After thorough preparation, our painters expertly applied a variety of different colours and products on various substrates.

We successfully worked alongside numerous other trades to deliver the project to the Department of Housing and Public Works’ Gold and Platinum specification requirements.
