Signature Painters recently completed all interior and exterior paintwork for the 138 Middle Street Apartments, located in Cleveland.

Constructed by Bedford Built, the project included 17 one and two bedroom apartments over four storeys, built for the Department of Housing. The apartments were architecturally designed, with the coastal style exterior colours complementing the development’s location and views of Raby Bay Marina. Modern warm earthy colours were selected for the interior.

After thoroughly preparing all surfaces inside and out, our painters expertly applied a variety of different colours and products on various substrates. We worked alongside numerous other trades to successfully deliver this social housing project.
