The Walloon Childcare Centre and Market Hall are two brand new projects built by TPM Builders in the Waterlea residential estate. Signature Painters were contracted to complete all interior and exterior paintwork.
A green and white colour scheme with timber features was chosen for the Walloon Childcare Centre to be in-keeping with the natural surroundings. All surfaces were thoroughly prepared, with Dulux Professional Total Prep used on all sealer undercoats. High-quality Dulux paints were used throughout the interior of the childcare centre to ensure a long-lasting, hard-wearing and easy to clean finish. Dulux Aquanamel Gloss was used on all doors, windows and trims, while Intergrain UltraClear Exterior was applied to the woodwork to provide superior weather protection. Dulux Weathershield Exterior was used to ensure a tough and hard-wearing exterior finish.
For the Market Hall, our focus was on the exterior paintwork, using Dulux Weathershield Exterior along with Intergrain UltraClear Exterior on the woodwork. The interior has been prepared and sealed with Dulux Professional Acrylic Sealer Undercoat, ready for final coats of paint by the tenants during the fit outs.
Our expert team executed the project to a high standard over a span of two months.
