Aura Home & Life is a new 20,000 sqm retail and lifestyle hub providing shopping and dining services for the Aura master-planned community on the southern Sunshine Coast.

The $80 million shopping centre features more than 12 large retail tenancies, including Spotlight, Anaconda and Harris Scarfe, as well as two food and beverage outlets. Signature Painters completed all interior and exterior painting works for this significant project.

With more than 8,250 litres of paint applied across approximately 50 colours, Aura Home & Life showcases Signature Painters’ ability to deliver consistently high-quality finishes on a huge-scale commercial project.

Our exceptional painting skills are demonstrated through:

• Executing intersecting feature colours in each retailer’s brand colours throughout the building, as well as striking, brightly lit solid black ceilings contrasted against dropped white ceilings. These finishes required exceptionally sharp cut lines, precise detailing and flawless colour transitions.
• Achieving consistent sheen levels across a wide range of light-reflective substrates, both internally and externally, requiring meticulous surface preparation, concrete patching, skimming and highly controlled application techniques.
• Painting FC Express joints in multiple vibrant feature colours while maintaining clean, consistent finishes.
• Delivering crisp lines and durable coatings that enhance the building’s modern architectural design.

The completed project presents exceptional visual consistency. A Dulux paint system was used.
