Located on the waterfront at Lake Kawana, Exe & Wye is a premium architect-designed residential development comprising 51 luxury apartments and 7 townhouses. This project demanded exceptional workmanship across a diverse range of substrates and finishes to complement its contemporary coastal aesthetic.

Signature Painters completed all interior and exterior painting, delivering a sophisticated finish that enhances the architectural vision. The colour palette of soft whites, contrasting dark feature colours and rich timber stains creates a striking yet timeless appearance, while premium membrane coatings provide long-term protection to rendered façades in the demanding coastal environment.

This project showcases Signature Painters’ ability to deliver high-end finishes on a large-scale, architect-designed project. In particular:

• Achieving an even gloss level across interior walls, ceilings, doors and detailed woodwork, requiring meticulous preparation and consistent application techniques. 
• High-quality textured soffits, feature colours and rendered surfaces
