This cute weatherboard home in Halland Terrace Camp Hill was in need of an exterior update. The drab weatherboards and tired contrasting brickwork were really letting it down. Signature Painters gave almost every exterior surface a complete refresh, including the carport, front fence and roof.
For the house, our painting works included fascia, gutters, downpipes, soffits, weatherboards, windows, doors, lattice, staircase and balustrades. The timber surfaces were thoroughly filled, sanded, undercoated, patched and primed, then painted to a smooth, glowing finish. This beautiful sheen is consistent throughout the job, as shown in the photos.
The rendered brickwork in a matching colour has made an incredible difference to the house. Our crew rendered the front and side brickwork using Dulux Acratex Acrashield, a highly durable weather-proofing topcoat which has enhanced crack bridging performance. Signature Painters is Dulux accredited for specialist finishes like Acratex, which reduce chemical damage and dirt accumulation and improve washability.
Our team also restored the roof, including pressure cleaning, replacing damaged tiles, and refinishing it with protective industrial roof coatings.
A classic light neutral colour scheme completed this home’s transformation. It is now a cohesive whole, and the brickwork looks like a great textural feature of the house. See more of our work in Camp Hill and Brisbane’s southside, and contact us if you’d like a quote for transforming your home!
