New Haven is a five-storey riverfront mansion built by Hutchinson Builders in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. It was built alongside Alpha Apartments, also by Hutchinson Builders, which is an architecturally designed development made up of 14 three bedroom luxury residences and 1000 metres of office space. Signature Painters were contracted to complete the internal and external painting of both New Haven and Alpha Apartments.

Throughout both high-end developments, the highest quality fittings and finishes were needed from top to bottom, inside and out. We used a range of premium products and our expert team of painters were meticulous with all finishes to match the quality throughout these luxury premises. We completed all internal painting, including ceilings, walls, doors and skirting boards. We also sealed the exterior concrete tilt panel walls, patched and textured the concrete soffits, and painted the downpipes, giving the luxury home an elegant and prestigious exterior finish.
