Signature Painters were proud winners of the 2017 Master Painters Award for ‘Heritage and Restoration for a Dwelling Over $30K’ for the transformation we made to the interior and exterior of this Queenslander style home in Tarragindi.
While it was important to the owners that the original features of the home were maintained, they wanted to give the dated colour scheme a contemporary look. We provided a Dulux Colour Consultant to help them through the colour selection process to achieve a striking contrast between the white and charcoal paintwork.
A high attention to detail was required by our team to undertake a full paint restoration on the exterior of the home, repairing every single imperfection to make it look like new. After extensive preparation work, two coats of Dulux Weathershield Exterior were applied to ensure a high-quality and long-lasting finish.
In addition to the exterior paint restoration, our expert team also painted the downstairs interior and restored some of the upstairs interior to help transform the home both inside and out. We also gave the garage a contemporary look with a new epoxy floor. The owners were very satisfied with the beautiful transformation to their home.
