‘Tallow Residences’ is the latest and last development in the prestigious Settlers Cove precinct of Noosa. Set in a quiet enclave between the Noosa River and native bushland, Tallow is an exclusive, award-winning development of 22 apartments, designed to provide residents with an intimate connection to the surrounding bushland. 

Tallow’s unique external building treatment, design ethos, materials and finishes are said to be exceptional – “oozing Noosa quality and prestige” – and Signature Painters’ beautifully finished paintwork lives up to this benchmark in every respect.

Signature Painters completed all the exterior and interior painting for this project. For the exterior, we used specialty finishes on a variety of substrates. Inside, we painted large open-plan living spaces to an impeccable ‘class 5’ finish. A Wattyl paint system was used for this project.
