Originally an old Salvation Army men’s shelter, the Signature team helped transform this unique building into a distinctive, state-of-the-art Primary Precinct. 

Following interior demolition and a high-end fitout, Signature Painters completed all the interior painting, timber restoration, and detailed exterior paintwork. St Josephs showcases our expertise in painting contrasting colours using fine textured paints on coloured feature walls, as well as our painting of intricate perforated 3D ceilings. An extraordinary number of colours were used in this project which harmonise beautifully to create a stunning end result.

Areas demonstrating exceptional painting skills include:

• Painting multiple feature colours, cut in against each other, throughout the building, as well as a unique central ceiling feature consisting of a painted circular design, timber cutwork, and perforated bulkheads. 
• Painting the undercover play area, featuring a perforated ceiling with circles, where each inside circle’s edge was painted black and the faces red. 
• Repair of damaged timber doors and using various clear coatings to match the colours of the different timbers to create a cohesive look. 

A Dulux paint system with anti-graffiti coatings was used.
